Sleeping with Eye Mask

The Great Northern Family Health Team is pleased to now offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) programming to support individuals experiencing sleep problems which negatively impact their lives. CBT-I focuses on exploring the connection between the way we think, the things we do, and how we sleep. During the program we help you identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are contributing to the symptoms of insomnia.
